The coach of the Porcupine Warriors is going on a 10-day attachment programme with The Citizens as he seeks to return well prepared for the Caf Champions LeagueAsante Kotoko coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani on Wednesday left to the United Kingdom for a 10-day attachment programme with Manchester City.
Dramani, who led the Porcupine Warriors to their 22nd league title last season, is hoping to benefit a lot from the Citizens as the Kumasi-based club participate in the Caf Champions League next term.
According to the official website of Kotoko, Dramani’s trip to the UK delayed due to his participation in the Caf coach’s training held at Prampram last week.
“It should have been longer than 10 days, but because of our pre-season progamme, I have to be back after 10 days,” said Dramani.
Kotoko, whose players are on a three-week break, would reassemble mid-August to start pre-season work which will include preparation for this year’s Ghalca Top 4 competition starting September 1.
