The Belgium winger had contracted a knock against Dijon last weekend, leading to doubts over his participation against the Parisians, but he has now been given the green light
The 21-year-old picked up an Achilles injury in last Saturday's 2-0 victory at Dijon and had to be replaced 15 minutes before the end, leading to fears that he might not be able to feature against the Parisians.
However, returned to training on Thursday, showing signs of encouragement, and medical examinations on Saturday have now put him back in contention to feature against Carlo Ancelotti's men.
The news comes after Lille coach Rudi Garcia revealed on Friday that Hazard had a "70 per cent chance" of featuring in Sunday's crunch league encounter.
"Eden ran well in training on Thursday," the trainer previously told reporters.
"If his test results go well on Saturday, he will play on Sunday. There is a seven out of 10 chance that he will start."
Florent Balmont has also been given the go-ahead to play against PSG. The midfielder had spent the past month out with a thigh injury but has made a successful recovery.
Kick-off at the Stade Lille-Metropole is scheduled for 19.00CET, as Lille hope to cut the deficit to four points behind their second-placed opponents in the table.
