Swallows meet SuperSport United in the last eight of the Telkom KO on Saturday, and Marques says their objective is to win the trophy

In an exclusive interview with Goal, Moroka Swallows coach Zeca Marques said they are not going to change their approach when they face SuperSport United in the Telkom Knockout Cup quarterfinals on Saturday.
Swallows have had a dream start to their 2013/2014 PSL season, and Marques said his faith will be on the players that have done so well in their last three games.
“There is really no difference in how we are preparing for this clash. It’s a Cup game and one would expect a few changes to the approach, but that’s not the case with us,” Marques told Goal.
“All my players are ready and we have consistently been doing well in the past three games, and for that reason our fans can expect the same players against SuperSport United,” he said.
Marques admits it’s not going to be easy for them to beat United for the second time having already beaten them in the league this season, but reveals they have set their sights on the ultimate prize.
“It is going to be a difficult game especially because we have just beaten them in the league. So, they will want to win this one, but we will also be going there for a win. It will be like a Cup final between the two log leaders,” added Marques.
Marques concluded: “Our priority is to try and win this trophy. We failed to defend our last season’s title [MTN 8] and we are aiming to make up for that by winning this one.”
