The Nigerian international is hoping to have a better season as he better communicates with his teammates
After scoring on Monday against Fulham in a friendly, the 22-year-old voiced the fact that things are better for him at the club as he gets to understand his teammates more.
Igiebor told Real Betis media: "Playing against Fulham is an honour, it's a good team.
“It has been a good test for us. It was tough and we had to give the best of us and it was a good match to test our present physical state"
"It is a Premier League team and you have to understand that it was not easy.
“In the first half we were quite flat. But during the second half, we were better and went looking for the equaliser. The coach was clear and told us in the locker room that we should be more forward thinking.
The Nigerian scored the equaliser in the 53rd minute after a one-two with Juan Verdu, whom he praised afterwards.
"I love playing with Verdú, I've always said. We think about football in the same way with is why we are able to understand each other well.
“The feeling is very good with him. I do not think about the goal that I even scored."
Igiebor will hope to surpass the 16 matches that he played last season in which he scored one goal.
