The Ghanaian midfielder has been told by his coach to pull his weight in the English League One after starting most of the season’s games from the bench
The head coach of Crewe Alexandra Steve Davis has told Ghanaian midfielder Abdul Osman to replicate the fine form which made him a club favourite last season.
The 26-year-old, who is the skipper of the side, has not had a good season starting most of the games from the bench with injuries also playing a part in his recent abysmal showing.
“Abdul's been okay, I've had no complaints from him, he's been very professional. He had just not done well enough to stay in the team,” the coach of the English League One side said. "He will come good again. He usually comes back fighting from these things.”
Davis added: “He will come back in at some point and when he gets his chance he will show us the old Abdul we saw last year, I'm sure.”
Crewe are languishing at the last but one spot on the league log.
