Swansea have booked a place in the Capital One Cup final against League Two side Bradford City.
The Welsh side played out a goalless draw with Chelsea at the Liberty Stadium to secure a 2-0 aggregate victory, having won at Stamford Bridge in the first leg.
The final will be played on February 24.
League Two Bradford, meanwhile, completed a remarkable run to the Wembley showpiece on Tuesday night with a 4-3 aggregate win over struggling Aston Villa.
Phil Parkinson's side also eliminated Premier League outfits Arsenal and Wigan en route to the final.
