The German playmaker appears to have faded after a strong start to his career with the Gunners and has been accused of going missing in the big games recently
The 25-year-old helped the Gunners to top the table following his club-record £42.5 million move to the Emirates from Real Madrid, with four goals and eight assists in the league.
However, he has since failed to score in his last eight league games and has not recorded an assist since December. A poor performance in their 5-1 loss to Liverpool recently, where he gave away the ball for two of the goals, has seen the German come under even more scrutiny.
Another unremarkable performance in the 0-0 draw with Manchester United earlier this morning would not have helped his cause, although manager Arsene Wenger and team-mate Santi Cazorla have both come out in defence of Ozil.
But the majority of Goal Singapore readers believe that the playmaker has been sub-par of late, with 86.3% saying that he has been under-performing recently.
With the Gunners failing to take advantage of Chelsea's 1-1 slip-up a day ago at West Bromwich Albion to remain second, Wenger will hope to see his team fare better when they return to FA Cup action against Liverpool this weekend.
