Last week our boys stuttered in their first attempt at calling the EPL matches, but they did nail some surprise results. How will they fare this weekend?

"Chelsea still don't look they've got their act together and Spurs are proving their resilience, so this should be AVB's revenge.
"Spurs look good with Eriksen and Paulinho catching the eye, while the Blues are not all tha convincing. A goal fest would be fun.
"The odds would look to be in Spurs’ favour, but Mourinho could have something up his sleeve. I’m going with a mouth-watering draw!

"No Benteke for Villa and needless to say their form has taken a dive though they did surprise Norwich. But City are on a high
"City were imperious against United and it's hard to see them faltering here. Back Aguero to net.
"It’ll be hard not to see City gain anything but three points in this game, especially more with Bentebeast out. City should be turning the crank here.

"Will removing Michael Jackson's statute help improve Fulham's form? Probably not.
"Fulham are rubbish but in Berbatov they have a genuine talent. Cardiff won't give up easily though.
"Fulham’s home form might be poor, but they should be lifted by Berbatov’s return and he could be too much for Cardiff to handle. Great opportunity for them to build up on the league cup victory against Everton!

Kingston Communications Stadium — Hull
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat

2-2 1-1 1-1
"West Ham's form has been awful and Hull did get a morale boosting win over Newcastle. Still this should be a stalemate
"Two teams who can't produce good form on a consistent basis so far.
"Hull has given a decent account of themselves since returning to the top flight, while West Ham have recently look to have found their goalscoring boots. Honours even, I predict.

September 28, 2013 10:00 PM SGT
Old Trafford — Manchester
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat
Ahmad Khan
3-2 4-1 2-0
"Don't expect WBA to fold, and even an off-form Man Utd missing RVP could still see the home side win
"The Red Devils to get back to winning ways at home, and in style, but their suspect defending means I won't tip them for a clean sheet. "United shouldn’t have a problem seeing off West Brom, especially after their morale-boosting victory against Liverpool midweek. Hard to see West Brom getting anything out of this game.

"Will the news of Lambert's departure shake Southampton? Crystal Palace still aren't good enough anyway
"The Saints have some good young players and their hunger should see them edge this
"Saints have been playing well without scoring much. They should start scoring more regularly soon, and I wouldn’t bet against Osvaldo getting off the mark. I’d be surprised if Palace gets anything out of this game.

September 29, 2013 12:30 AM SGT
Liberty Stadium — Swansea
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat
Ahmad Khan
2-1 1-2 1-1
"Swansea are formidable, even more so at home. Against Arsenal they might just spring a surprise
"The Gunners seem to have got in their groove and if Ozil shows up once again, they should win this.
"This is a potentially tricky tie for the Gunners, even more so as they’ll have one eye on Napoli. Swansea will definitely make life difficult for them. A draw would be a fair result. Unless of course Ozil takes matters into his own hands.

Britannia Stadium — Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat
Ahmad Khan
1-0 0-1 0-0
"Norwich aren't the side they used to be and Stoke have shown improvement under Hughes.
"Norwich could well spring a surprise here.
"Hard to see a victor in this one. This game could very well be a drab affair.

September 29, 2013 11:00 PM SGT
Stadium of Light — Sunderland
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat
Ahmad Khan
0-3 0-2 0-1
"A surprise home defeat to Southampton and then the mid-week loss to Man Utd for Pool. But Sunderland are in far worse shape. Might be enough for Suarez to shine though.
"Pool were very ordinary with a full-strength side against first Southampton, then United. Sunderland could be liberated after Di Canio's sacking, but Suarez is quality and he will see the Reds through.
"Sunderland are managerless, and they are up against a Pool side who lost two games in a row now after an excellent start. Stage is set for Suarez to help the Reds return to winning ways.

Goodison Park — Liverpool
Bhas Kunju Teng Kiat
Ahmad Khan
2-2 2-1 2-1
"Who's going to write-off Everton after last week? Not us. But Newcastle with Remy look potent, so this should be a stalemate.
"This should be a proper contest but Everton are on form and should win this.
"Everton are the only undefeated team left in the Premier League while Newcastle look to bounce back from their home defeat to Hull. Should be an exciting game, but I think Everton will nick it.

"A little optimistic I know. But it's over two legs and the Lions need the goals to avoid a disaster away from home.
"Rumours that head coach Sundram will leave them might get into the LionsXII players' heads, although they should still prove too strong for the visitors.
"Their unbeaten run looks set to continue and they are in good form to go for the win. But the question is by how much? I’d say a two-goal margin should be a safe bet.
