Kelantan's Nigerian striker proved to be a thorn in the Vincent Bikana-led defence of Terengganu

Reigning Malaysia Cup champions Kelantan came out as dominant winners over their neighbouring rivals Terengganu in a battle billed as the East Coast derby.
On form Badhri Radzi set the tone for the match early on with a delightful assist for Dickson Nwakaeme in the 3rd minute. The skipper combined well with veteran forward Indraputra to set up the Nigerian striker who applied an aplomb finish to a well worked team move.
Nwakaeme was on the hunt to add to his goal tally and made sure that Cameroonian defender Vincent Bikana did not have a comfortable night leading his frail defensive line.
The seemingly immobile striker utilised his brute strength and clever off the ball movements to carve several inviting opportunities for his teammates throughout the match.
Late in the second half, Nwakaeme made an imposing run into the Terengganu defence which forced Bikana to foul the striker just outside the penalty box. Supersub Zairo Anuar stepped up to dispatch a swerving free kick into the back of Sharmiza Yusoff's net.
The Nigerian striker sure look set to secure his place as a fan favorite amongst the Kelantan faithful after an efficient display against their bitter rivals.
