Leaders LionsXII meanwhile drew against bottom side Kuala Lumpur while Negeri Sembilan cruised to victory over Perak
Negeri Sembilan hosted Perak in Stadium Paroi and the 2011 Malaysia Cup champions proved a team to be reckoned with after a convincing win over the visitors. Michal Kubala put Perak in front in the seventh minute but the host hit back through a brace from sensational forward Effa Owana . Slovakian Marian Farbák also scored on his debut for Negeri Sembilan.
Sabah were unable to hold off T-Team FC and suffered a second consecutive defeat with the visitors scoring in each half through Fadzli Shaari. Sabah only managed to reduce the deficit through a penalty converted by German midfielder, Hendrik Helmke.

The Crocs then took the lead again through Khairul Azahar’s goal. Not to disappoint the home fans, Terengganu’s Erison da Silva scored his first goal of the season with a nice volley to save the blushes for Terengganu.
Selangor took all three points against Felda United in the Shah Alam stadium with makeshift striker Azidan Sarudin scoring a goal in each half to give the Red Giants a priceless win. Farderin Kadir equalized for Felda United right at the end of the first half before Azidan Sarudin netted his second goal of the game four minutes after the restart.
Kedah meanwhile suffered a shocking defeat against strugglers PKNS. The Fire Ants took the lead through Michaël Niçoise, before Mohd Nizaruddin Yusof added a second goal for the visitors. Vedran Gerc then pulled back a goal for Kedah through a penalty before Rudie Ramli struck a late goal to give PKNS a vital away victory.
Bottom outfit Kuala Lumpur managed to secure a morale boosting draw against league leaders LionsXII. The match ended scoreless as LionsXII failed to cement their grip at the top of the table. Kuala Lumpur were faced with constant onslaught from LionsXII, but the home team’s defense performed admirably to halt the league leaders.
