The Bianconeri boss acknowledges the task facing his side to finish top of the table for a third consecutive time with the likes of Roma, Napoli and Inter on their tail
The Bianconeri finished comfortably clear of Napoli in 2012-13 but a revamped Partenopei have emerged as genuine challengers in the early part of the current campaign, along with pace-setters Roma.
Conte's men have lost two games on the bounce to Fiorentina (4-2) and Real Madrid (2-1) and the former midfielder is eager for his side to bounce back swiftly in order to send a message to their title rivals.
"It will be difficult to win a third consecutive Scudetto and everyone at Juventus must work hard," Conte told the press.
"I am pleased that president Andrea Agnelli reiterated what I often say, which is that we cannot rest on our laurels. We can take nothing for granted.
"We'll try to get back to winning ways [against Genoa], as this is an important game and the lads are ready. In the last two matches we reaped a lot less than we deserved to.
"Over the last two years Juventus have won almost everything there was to win and rediscovered international appeal but the past no longer counts. We have to look forward if we are to repeat our success."
Juventus host Genoa at 14.00BST on Sunday, with another home tie against Catania to follow on Wednesday.
