The 30-year-old Brazilian's agent has admitted that he is in talks with the Rossoneri concerning his client, three years after his reported €70 million move to the Real Madrid

Pippo Inzaghi is desperately hoping that AC Milan manage to re-sign Kaka from Real Madrid, admitting that the thought of seeing the attacking midfielder back at San Siro gives him goosebumps.

The Brazilian's agent revealed on Wednesday afternoon that he was in talks with the Rossoneri about his client returning to San Siro three years after his departure for the Santiago Bernabeu.

Milan legend Inzaghi, who played alongside Kaka during the club's 2007 Champions League final win over Liverpool, is now praying that the proposed transfer goes through.

"As a Milanista, his possible return gives me goosebumps," the World Cup winner told Milan Channel. "Ricky [Kaka] is missed by all; everyone knows what he did for these colors.

"If he's well [injury-wise], he can give us an important lift. However, it is a personal choice, so we'll see what happens. But I'd be happy if he returns."

Meanwhile, Inzaghi brought the curtain down on his illustrious playing career on Tuesday and admits that he is now looking forward to embarking on a career in coaching with Milan's Allievi Nazionali.

"I cannot wait to get started," the 38-year-old enthused. "I want to transmit all my desire and passion to the young players I coach.

"When you have had passion in your work for many years it is easier to get certain things across to the youngsters.

"The Allievi are an important team because it is there that the players have that jump in quality. The objective is to get some of the lads into the first team.

"With this contract I can stay working on the pitch. I am starting from scratch and doing so in a very humble way because what I did as a player does not count anymore even if it will remain in my heart."

Inzaghi, who was capped 57 times by Italy, scored 73 goals in 202 Serie A appearances for Milan following his arrival from Juventus in 2001.
