Football fans can catch the all the first round action from the upcoming World Cup at public screenings across the island

The People's Association (PA) have announced the schedule and venues for their public World Cup screening this June.

Thirty Community Centres (CCs) across the country will be participating in the live screening where members of the public can catach all the Group Stage action from the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.

The first scheduled match, between Brazil and Crotia will be shown on June 13 and can also be seen on free-to-air MediaCorp channels. Four key matches, the opening match, both semi-finals and the final will be broadcast on free-to-air channels.

UPDATE June 12: The PA have announced that all 40 CCs will be screening the World Cup.
