The German side are in town as part of a Southeast Asia tour, with Woodlands Wellington scheduled to play Fulham U23s as part of the latter's tour as well

S.League side Courts Young Lions will play Eintracht Frankfurt's Under-23 team this Wednesday, October 2, in a friendly at the Jalan Besar Stadium.

The match is part of the Bundesliga U23 side's Southeast Asia tour and also gives the Young Lions players a chance to impress and put themselves in contention for a place in the Singapore U23 team for the year-end SEA Games.

Academy director Armin Kraaz will be traveling to Singapore, having already visited before with the U15 side during the last Canon Lion City Cup.

In addition, the U23 team of English Premier League side Fulham are on a similar tour of the region, and will play Woodlands Wellington in a friendly on Friday, October 4, also at the Jalan Besar Stadium. Fulham will be led by Academy coach Christopher Symons, with former player Luis Boa Morte amongst the coaching staff.

Admission for both matches is free.
