thumbnail Hello,

Police Sports Association continued their dominance at the top of the Women's Premier League table with a 10-0 trashing of bottom-placed Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) on Sunday evening at First Toa Payoh Secondary School.

Nuriah Noor struck 6 times to bring her season's tally to 17, while AFF Women's Referee of the Year nominee Abirami Naidu grabbed a brace in the victory. Siti Liyana and Azean Adam rounded off the scoring for the Police side to leave NYP still without a win.

Meanwhile Arion Football Academy's title charge took a hit as they fell 4-0 to Young Women at Sprinfield Secondary. Kamaliah Hashim and Noor Fating Afiqah grabbed a double each to put the Young Lionesses a point behind Police with a game in hand.

Middle Rangers also kept pace with the leaders, recording a 4-0 win over Jollilads Arsenal FC. Siti Erma Ellyana, Luo Jian Zhen, Huraizah Ismail and Tina Afrida all scored a goal each to inch the team to two points from the summit but also with a game in hand over the league leaders.

After sitting out Round 6, Warriors FC returned to action by defeating Winchester FC 2-0 at Meridian Junior College, thanks to first half goals from Nao Tsunoda and Miku Sakurada, who also registered her 7th goal of the season to place second in the top scorers chart.
