The Vietnamese side's coach vowed that his team will try their best to advance to the next round while Stags's coach is aiming to reciprocate an upset earlier.
"We just had a V-league match very recently so, this match, we will be using more of the younger players" said the Saigon coach.
"We will try our best to win the match and advance to the knockout stage," he added.
Nenad Bacina also will look to rotate his players as there is also one S.League match awaiting his team after their AFC Cup game.
"We have five national team players with us, which is a boost," said the former Warriors player.
"Saigon upsetted us back in Singapore and we will try our best to upset them at their home ground.
"We will have to rotate our players as there are many injured, like centrebacks, Kunihiro Yamashita and Seiji Kaneko, and we have one suspension."
