PKNS FC will not be complacent despite being the first team to book their place in the quarterfinals of the 2013 Malaysia Cup
Selangor-based side, PKNS FC, who were the first team to qualify for the next round of the 2013 Malaysia Cup, have insisted that they will not be complacent with their achievement.
Their head coach Abdul Rahman stated that the success they earned so far is the result of great commitment from the players and the management ever since the campaign kicked off.
According to him, he would not take their final match easily despite already booking their place in the next round of the tournament.
Speaking to Sinar Harian, he said: “I am grateful with the hard work shown by the team and hopefully we can end this campaign with more victories.”
He also added that his players are ready for the next match with the spirit and motivation of proving something to the country in the tournament.
PKNS will face Johor Darul Takzim in their final game of Group B after sealing their place in the quarterfinals by defeating T-Team 5-0 at Terengganu in their last game.
