Kelantan Football Association Secretary-general, Azman Ibrahim has promised rewards for Kelantan's players and officials if they clinch the FA Cup title
The Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) have given their players a morale boost ahead of their FA Cup final clash with Johor Darul Takzim (JDT) by promising them rewards if they manage to retain the title on June 29.
KAFA Secretary-general Azman Ibrahim said that his side will always give rewards to the Kelantan players and officials based on their effort and successes.
Speaking to Sinar Harian, Azman said: "If God is willing, we will give them rewards, but the value of the reward itself is not important.
"Plus, so far, I think the state government never failed to give rewards and thus, KAFA will continue to give the players bonuses."
Azman insisted that his team must win the FA Cup this season after failing to put up a challenge for the Malaysian Super League title that they won last season.
"Th FA Cup is our hope of getting our first trophy this season and we will fight with our lives to get it," he added.
Kelantan will face the Southern Tigers onJune 29 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
