On Friday evening Selangor defeated rivals Kelantan 2-0 at Shah Alam Stadium, a performance which had their manager Irfan Bakti pleased.
He described the match as much better and more entertaining compared to their 3-0 win against Sabah last time out.
According to Sinar Harian, Irfan said: "It was a good performance. We managed to control the game and made lesser mistakes. Even though we did not score more goals, I am satisfied with the three points."
Irfan praised his midfield for controlling the game, despite being without several key players.
However, the Red Giants' boss still believes that Selangor has more to offer than what they showed in this game. His team are now at the top of the league with 13 points.
Next up for them is ATM on Tuesday.
