Giving his first address since being appointed Football Association chairman, Greg Dyke revealed on Wednesday that he expects England to be ready to win the World Cup in 2022.
The continued influx of foreign players into the Premier League has been blamed for the England's failure to win a major tournament since 1966, and Dyke has promised to work hand-in-hand with the Premier League to improve the national team.
But will the Premier League risk jeopardising its own success to help national side?
