Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini makes eight changes from the 0-0 draw at Swansea with Joe Hart, James Milner and Samir Nasri the only players retained for Tuesday's Premier League game with West Brom.

Carlos Tevez comes in for his first start in three games and is joined by Milner and Nasri in support of Edin Dzeko, who hasn't scored for the club since February.

West Brom make four changes from their dramatic 3-2 loss to Wigan Athletic, with Ben Foster, Gareth McAuley, Graeme Dorrans and Shane Long making way for Boaz Myhill, Gabriel Tamas, Craig Dawson and James Morrison.

Dawson, an England Under-21 international, starts for the Baggies after returning from a successful spell in the Championship with Bolton.
