The Red Devils' next quartet of Old Trafford fixtures are spread across three competitions, and the England striker wants a clean sweep to stay on course for a treble season
The Red Devils lead champions Manchester City by 12 points and face Norwich on Saturday to keep their title charge going, while Real Madrid arrive on Tuesday to fight for a place in the quarter finals of the Champions League.
An FA Cup game against either Chelsea or Middlesbrough is a week on Sunday, and with Reading coming to town for a league game the following weekend, United boss Sir Alex Ferguson wants to "take full advantage" in this period.
"The manager and coaching staff keep reiterating the fact that the next game is the most important," Welbeck told the club's official website.
"I think the whole squad has got that into their heads and we've all got the same mentality of going into the next game and needing to win to gain momentum.

"Once we come to the Real Madrid game, we'll see what happens. It will be good not to have to travel anywhere for the next four matches in a row and we can try to get wins in every single game.
"All credit to the squad as well because every single player is fighting for their place. They all want to get on the pitch to do the best they can in every competition this year. We are still in three competitions and yet we're coming to the end of the season. It's good for the whole squad."
United completed a historic treble in the 1998-1999 season, with victories against Newcastle and Bayern Munich in the FA Cup and Champions League respectively along with the league title capping a perfect season for Sir Alex - and the Scottish boss wants a good run to set up an end-of-season charge of silverware.
"We're hopeful that we can take full advantage of this spell," he told MUTV.
