The England international missed England's friendly in Sweden with an ankle injury picked up in the win over Aston Villa but Robin van Persie and Javier Hernandez should feature
Rooney is a doubt for the game at Carrow Road with an ankle injury picked up in United's last game, a 3-2 win at Aston Villa, which also forced him to miss England's 4-2 friendly defeat in Sweden.
Evans, meanwhile, was also forced out of international duty with a groin injury that saw him miss Northern Ireland's 1-1 draw with Azerbaijan and could join Rooney on the sidelines.
