Along with Cole, DPMM forwards Roy O'Donovan and Rodrigo Tosi are also key targets of Thai Premier League side BEC Tero SasanaFormer England international Joe Cole who recently left West Ham United following the end of his contract, could now be making a move to Thailand.
Sources close to Goal confirm that Cole is top of the list for Thai Premier League leaders BEC Tero Sasana, with only the players wages likely to scupper the deal. Brunei DPMM hotshots Rodrigo Tosi and Roy O'Donovan who have 23 goals between them so far this season, are also being sought by the club.
The 32-year-old Cole has also reportedly been courted by Major League Soccer sides although the player himself has yet to publicly declare his future plans.
BEC Tero are hoping to partner Cole with the S.League's current second highest goalscorer O'Donovan.

O'Donovan's strike partner at the S.League side, Tosi is a wanted man as well.
Goal understands, the Brazilian who leads the top scorers chart in Singapore with 12 goals is the back-up option for BEC Tero, should a move for Cole fall through.
Tosi is into his second consecutive season with DPMM having played for them before in the mid-2000s and was the only foreign player to be retained from last year's squad, impressing with consistent top level performances.
The likely departures of Tosi and O'Donovan will follow that of current DPMM Head Coach Steve Kean who is close to signing a deal with PTT Rayong in the Thai Premier League as well.
DPMM will take on current second-placed side Warriors FC in a much-anticipated showdown on May 22 at the Choa Chu Kang Stadium.
