The Reds have extended the loan deal of the Palace youngsters until April after spending a month with them
Crystal Palace youngsters Hiram Boateng and Sullay Kaikai have had their loan deals at Crawley Town extended by a month.
The teenagers joined the League One outfit on temporary contracts at the start of February on deals that were set to expire this weekend.
But the Eagles have now agreed to let the youngsters stay at the Checkatrade.com Stadium until 5th April 2014.
Manager John Gregory believes their temporary spells as part of his side will help their overall development.
“Both Hiram and Sullay now appreciate what it’s all about. When they go back out next time they’ll have a totally different picture about what it’s all about,” he told Crawley Town’s website.
“It’s not like academy football, but when you’ve done something for two years in the same manner and suddenly you have to change it is a bit of a shock. But they will be fine and will be a little bit more prepared next time.”
