General Manager of Crown Football Club, Tony Rafua has said his priority at the Nigeria Premier League club is to improve welfare of the players in order to get results.
Rafua said this at the weekend when he resumed his post as the general manager of the club at a meeting with the staff and players in Ogbomoso.
According to the club's spokesperson, Kunle Oyeleye, he stated his visions and dreams to the officials and players of the club.
Rafau said he "did not come on board to mess up the good job he met on ground, but to collaborate for better and impressive results".
The Crown FC boss further charged players to "begin great exploits from Lobi Stars and see what comes after" and also assured that the club is ready to "reward the team for excellent results both on the road and at the backyard."
He equally warned the players against unruly behaviour and hinted that an improved bonus package of 40,000 Naira for away wins as a motivating mechanism for good results.
In their responses, the officials and players of the club welcomed the general manager and promised to work hand-in-hand with him.
