Bidvest Wits and Bafana Bafana attacking midfielder Sibusiso Vilakazi may have to improve on his game if he has any hopes of moving abroad.
Vilakazi was reportedly on the wanted list of Kaizer Chiefs late last year, but Wits maintained that they are only willing to release the play to an interested European club.
However, the 23-year-old Wits captain is yet to hear anything concrete despite the management's attempt to secure him a move next season.
Coach Gavin Hunt told Goal that they are still trying to talk to a few clubs in Europe, but admitted that there's no luck so far.
"We are still trying to get him a trial or two, but there's nothing so far. We are happy to keep him though," Hunt told Goal.
It is, at this stage, unknown whether the player is not interested in joining Chiefs or he's got real ambitions of plying his trade outside the country.
Chiefs lost Lebogang Manyama to SuperSport United despite his agent's claims that the player is going to Europe.
