Reports in Netherlands had claimed that the 50-year-old’s agent had held discussions about the role which was vacated by Michael Laudrup, who was sacked on Tuesday evening.
But Koeman, who has managed Barcelona and won three Eredivisie titles with Ajax and PSV, insists his future remains at Feyenoord until the end of the campaign.
"I don't have any clarity that I will be a Premier League manager next season,” Koeman told De Telegraaf.
“These reports came out in a strange way. I agreed with my management that they will sort out which options I have. They just do their homework, that's all.
“If that will lead to something, I might be ready for it. But for now I will just wait and see what happens.
“I don't think it will all happen so quickly. I think it will be April or May before I can clarify anything about my future. At this stage, there's no contact with Swansea City."
