The former African champions claim their player is being chased by several clubs after his impressive campaign at the just ended CHAN tournament in South Africa
Hearts of Oak MD Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe is claiming several clubs are on the heels of their defender, Nuru Sulley following his impressive campaign at the CHAN tournament.
The former Mighty Jets centre-back was one of Ghana’s best performers at the tournament.
Armstrong-Mortagbe told the club’s official newspaper that Nuru’s performances did not go unnoticed as clubs on the continent and beyond continue to show interest in him.
“I can confirm to you that about five clubs in Europe, Asia and Africa have shown interest in our player Nuru Sulley," he stated. “He was the only Hearts of Oak player in the team and we all can attest to what he did for the team during the CHAN tournament."
“We at Hearts of Oak are delighted with this outcome and we are extremely happy these clubs have shown interest in the player, that is what we want and that is the way forward for some our players,” Armstrong-Mortagbe added.
