The Harambee Stars striker tells Goal that the Albanian club have opened talks with Ingwe and he could leave the den if the two reach agreement
AFC Leopards’ striker Allan Wanga has admitted to have received interest from Albanian club FK Tirana.
The player has revealed to Goal that both clubs are currently in negotiations regarding his future.
“I have spoken to some officials from the club, who have shown interest in my services. We agreed that they talk to Leopards’ before making a decision on my future,” said Wanga.
Wanga has been in top form for his club scoring 12 goals last season to lead Leopards’ to GOtv Shield Cup and a ticket to Caf Confederation Cup this season.
Wanga also scored two goals when national team Harambee Stars won last year’s Cecafa Senior Challenge cup after downing Sudan 2-0 in Nairobi.
Should the deal go through, Wanga will join former Thika United midfielder Francis Kahata at the club. Kahata signed a six month loan deal two weeks ago.
