Western Stima have signed three players ahead of the new Kenyan Premier League season which kicks-off on February 15.
The club has taken on one year loan from Gor Mahia forward Paul Odhiambo, who failed to get adequate playing time at the league champions last season.
The player was signed by Gor Mahia from Kakamega Homeboyz in the middle of last season but struggled to fit into the title winning side and instead stayed on the bench.
Stima assistant coach Hesborne Nyabinge confirmed to Goal the signing of Odhiambo together with two other players John Kiplangat formerly with Karuturi Sports and Collins Neto from Muhoroni Youth.
“We are not interested in big names but rather players who can find more playing time at Stima and that is why we settled on the three. We are targeting three more signings to complete our activity in the market.”
