Juventus and Genoa have both been linked with the left-back but the Italy international's representative has revealed that his client is keen to begin talks with the Viola
The 26-year-old left Genoa for the Russian capital in an €11 million (£9.2m) move in June 2011 but has recently been linked with previous clubs Juventus and Genoa.
However, Criscito's representative, Andrea D’Amico, has revealed that his client is keen on a switch to the Artemio Franchi.
"We are ready to talk to Fiorentina without problems," the agent told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
Criscito, who has forced his way back into the Italy squad, has made nine league appearances for Zenit this season, after recovering from a ruptured cruciate ligament.
