The Phobians have resorted to the former Ghana international to fill the void left by coach David Duncan as they hope to close in on Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League
Hearts of Oak have appointed former Ghana international Mohammed Polo as their new coach, club sources have been telling Goal.
The ‘Dribbling Magician’ is due to replace David Duncan, who terminated his contract with the Phobians a few weeks ago due to a disagreement with the management.
It is, however, unclear when Polo will fully take charge of the former Africa champions, but sources close to the club have confirmed he has been given the job and an official announcement will follow shortly with the contract details.
Goal Ghana was unable to get official confirmation from the management at the time of filing this report.
