Norfarhan Muhammad is still a Kelantan player as he has yet to sign a contract with Johor Darul Takzim.
The Red Warriors' forward Norfarhan Muhammad is still contemplating whether he will move to Johor Darul Takzim (JDT) next season.
Norfarhan has yet to sign with the Southern Tigers, therefore he is still very much under the Kelantan Football Association (KAFA).
And now, reports suggest that Norfarhan remains in talks with the KAFA to find a way that he can stay with Kelantan.
According to Sinar Harian, the source from KAFA said: "There is no issue of Norfarhan making a U-turn.
"What I can say right now is that he is still belongs to Kelantan, but there are still matters that need to be resolved.
"He is reluctant to leave Kelantan because of the atmosphere and the fans here in Kota Bharu."
The attitude of Kelantan’s supporters is apparently making it hard for the forward to leave for another club.
"He is not going after a lucrative offer," the source added.
"He does not want the players to accuse of him leaving Kelantan for money.
"He is happy and he wants to stay."
Norfarhan was on the losing end in the recent Malaysia Cup final, with Kelantan losing 1-0 to Pahang, but he was crucial for the Red Warriors in their FA Cup campaign, where they defended the trophy by beating JDT last June.
