Former Bloemfontein Celtic mentor Clinton Larsen has returned home. He has officially signed a three year contract in KZNThis follows Larsen’s resignation at Free State club Celtic, after not having a good start this season. Despite leaving Bloemfontein on a sour note, the coach is confident for a positive change at Maritzburg.
Larsen is expected to continue where Ernst Middendorp left off, with the coaches effectively swapping roles.
This will not be Larsen's first time on the Maritzburg bench as he was part of the team in 2008, where he was an assistant to Gordon Igesund.
Apart from that, Larsen spent most of his time playing football in KZN, for Manning Rangers back in the day, having featured for Orlando Pirates as well.
