The industrious forward has put pen to paper with the Reds and is the fourth foreigner in the Lajong squad.
The 24 year old who arrived in Shillong on Saturday will be the first ever Brazilian to play for Lajong.
Uilliams joins the North Eastern outfit from J-League 2 side Sports Club Sagamihara.
On signing the contract with Lajong, he said, “I look forward to my future with Shillong Lajong and I believe that I can make a real contribution to the team's efforts to win trophies in the future.”
