Abban, a forward who joined the Phobians from Liberty Professionals, though his parents wanted him to play for Kotoko has been a pale shadow of himself falling behind then skipper Mahatma Otoo, Gilbert Fiamenyo and others.
Goal Ghana can also reveal that the Malik Akowuah deal has been finalised and the Tarkwa-based club have also secured the services of Kwame Boahene of Liberty Professionals whilst a move for Kumasi King Faisal’s teenage sensation Prince Boateng who
scored against them as well as Hearts and Kotoko last season can materialise.
Abban’s eagerness to prove a point after failing at Hearts of Oak could be very beneficial for the Mauves and Yellows as their weakest point last season was their upfront when Hans Kwoffie got injured.
