Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Baffour is set to leave Mamelodi Sundowns in the next few days after being left out of the pre-season tour in Ghana.
However, one of the Sundowns officials has confirmed to Goal that the striker is currently on trial with an unnamed Danish club as he hopes to reignite his career.

“I don’t think Baffour has got a future with us, because he was never part of the pre-season training. He never travelled to Ghana with us,” the Sundowns official told Goal.
“We were informed that he is in Denmark, and I can confirm that the club gave him a go ahead, but it is just a trial for now,” added the Sundowns official.

The 24-year-old Baffour made only two appearances in his first season with Sundowns, and those appearances came at the beginning of last season.
He then struggled to see off competition from the likes of Nyasha Mushekwi and Edward Manqele upfront, and he previously confirmed that he wants to leave Sundowns for another club.
