"My decision is imminent, I have still got the time to think a bit but I will stand by the decision I will take," he told reporters.
"I wanted to play in the Premier League, I have the opportunity, so let’s see."
Belhanda has a contract with Montpellier until June 2014 and the Ligue 1 side are ready to cash in on the playmaker this summer if a fee in the region of £10 million comes in.
The 23-year-old is a product of the club's youth academy and guided them to their first-ever French title in 2011-12.
