Mark Bunn was the highest scorer of the defensive five with 12 points to his name following a clean sheet against Sunderland in the early kick off. A QPR defensive partnership of Chris Samba and Fabio combined with Matthew Lowton and Sebastien Bassong made for a solid back four.
It was in midfield where the damage was done though, as Steven Gerrard's match-winning penalty against Tottenham bagged him nine points while Gareth Bale continued to perform in Totel Football, notching eight points. Yohan Cabaye top scored with 10 points as Newcastle snatched a late win over Stoke to take another step towards the magic 40-point mark in the Premier League.
The front pair of Luiz Suarez and Papiss Cisse both struck on Sunday afternoon for their respective sides and completed a good week for the winning side.
If you didn't enter last week then don't worry. Totel Football will take your best six scores from the remaining nine gameweeks to calculate the final overall leaderboard so there are plenty of chances to stake your claim for an iPad 3 while the four runners-up will win a Premier League shirt of their choice.

This weekend sees a full round of Premier League fixtures across the gameweek with plenty of televised action so entrants can watch their picks perform. Manchester City make the trip to Everton, who were comprehensively beaten by Wigan in the FA Cup last weekend.
The 3pm kick-offs on Saturday contain several important matches at the bottom of the table. The biggest must be Aston Villa v QPR at Villa Park, Harry Redknapp's side have rallied in recent weeks and although still bottom of the league, are starting to show the kind of form that could save them from the drop following two wins on the bounce.
Manchester United host Reading in the late Premier League game and Sunday's live offering includes Sunderland v Norwich and Wigan v Newcastle. The Latics need to re-focus on the race for survival now that they have secured their place in the FA Cup semi-finals but Newcastle could prove stubborn opposition for Roberto Martinez's men.
