Jim Knight is still in profit for the season and is hoping to increase his winnings with two more bets on Saturday's matches, including The Baggies to beat SunderlandMy last column produced a small profit on £4 from two tips and I am hopeful of building upon the profit for the season with another full set of domestic fixtures to come this weekend.
Sunderland v West Bromwich Albion - West Bromwich Albion (Draw No Bet) at 6/5 (2.20) with Paddy Power.
Although games such as Chelsea v Manchester City or Swansea v Liverpool may take most people's interest this weekend, my first tip comes from one of the other televised games which is Sunderland v West Brom on Saturday lunchtime.
I saw Sunderland's game against Fulham last weekend and although Martin O'Neill's side did secure an important win, I was surprised to see them as 13/10 (2.30) favourites for this match when you look at how both teams have been playing in the open dozen games of the season.
Sunderland are struggling for goals in the majority of games and Steven Fletcher's hot streak coming to an end really exposed that fact over the last month or so.
The Black Cats did not assert their authority on the game until Fulham were reduced to 10 men and given the fact that was their first win in seven games, I am yet to believe they should be such a price against a team flying high under the stewardship of Steve Clarke and playing some really good football in the process.
West Brom are at 21/10 (3.10) to win the game which seems on the large side given that they have won their last three matches including against Chelsea last weekend.
It looks as if it could be a close game, perhaps being settled by a single goal and I would rather back the visitors to be the team to be the ones to find it.
The Baggies have struggled on the road at times this season but they beat Wigan two weeks ago and there is an industry best 6/5 (2.20) available on the "Draw No Bet" market with Paddy Power. This sees your stake refunded if the match ends level but still offers a tasty enough return on the West Brom win. £15 goes on this bet.
Leeds v Crystal Palace - Crystal Palace to win at 11/8 (2.38) with Paddy Power
The second bet comes from the Championship and it is a team I've supported a couple of times this season and have been profitable in doing so.
Leeds host the league leaders Crystal Palace and the home side are really struggling to gain momentum in this divsion. They've lost their last three matches, conceding eight goals and scoring only once.
On Saturday they face a Palace side who are flying under new boss Ian Holloway who looks to be continuing the good work of Dougie Freedman at Selhurst Park.
The visitors have won three of their last four matches on the road, those wins included Leicester City, who had won each of their home games up until that point.
What is even more impressive is that three of their last four wins in the Championships have all come without conceding, with the Eagles scoring 10 goals in the process.
The likes of Wilfried Zaha and Glenn Murray are scoring with regularity and a trip to Elland Road will hold little fear for the team top of the table.
While their form and morale is at such a high point I'll take the 11/8 (2.38) on the visitors winning their sixth consecutive game and back it with £10 of my betting bankroll.
