Barcelona icon Johan Cruyff is confident that coach Pep Guardiola will not leave the club in the lurch at the end of the season.
The successful trainer's current contract with the Blaugrana expires at the end of this season and has yet to make a decision about his future.
Nevertheless, Cruyff expects Guardiola to reveal his plans for next campaign in the near future.
"Guardiola played for Barcelona and is now coach. He's a real club man and will not leave them in a lurch," Cruyff was quoted as saying by EFE.
"He will not wait two months before announcing his decision. If he did not have any doubts about his future, he would already have made a decision."
Guardiola replaced Frank Rijkaard as head coach at the Camp Nou side in the summer of 2008 and has already led the club to 13 trophies, including two Champions League crowns, three La Liga titles and two Club World Cups.
