Well, that's all from our LIVE coverage of events from Stamford Bridge this afternoon. It wasn't a classic, but thanks for joining us anyway! Goodbye for now!
Norwich, meanwhile, are still two points adrift of Sunderland, who have two games left. The Canaries need Gus Poyet's men to slip up against West Brom and Swansea, and to win at Arsenal themselves next Sunday. It's not looking too hopeful.
That pretty much ends Chelsea's glimmer of hope in the title race, as they now sit a point behind Liverpool and Manchester City having played a game more. It's looking like a trophyless season for Mourinho on his return to London.
That's FULL TIME at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea have been held at home by Norwich after a dogged defensive display from Neil Adams' men. It's another frustrating afternoon against a lower team, and boos ring out among the home faithful as the whistle goes.
90' + 4'
Chelsea scramble desperately to find a winner, and Cole hooks a cross in from the left, but Terry's header is tame before his fellow Englishman is unable to direct an effort at goal.
90' + 3'
Yellow Card Martin Olsson
90' + 2'
Great challenge!! Ba does well to win a header and flick it into the path of Torres, who charges into the box but can't get away from an absolutely wonderful tackle from Bennett, who hooks his foot around the ball to get it clear.
90' + 1'
JOHNSON!! We're into three minutes of stoppage time, now, and the visitors win a throw in the Chelsea half. Whittaker's long throw is flicked on for Johnson, who directs a header across goal, but there's not enough pace on it and Schwarzer is able to save easily.
Ivanovic is the latest Chelsea player to produce a woeful shot at goal, as Hazard moves down the right-hand side before laying back to the edge of the box. The Blues defender meets it with a first-time side-footed effort which flies into the stands.
Norwich are almost in behind once more as Olsson charges into the Chelsea half, but his pass for Johnson is poor and the hosts are able to cut out the danger.
Yet another Chelsea cross is dealt with by a mass of yellow in front of Ruddy. Chelsea continue to press but they're struggling to fashion a decent chance.
Yellow Card Michael Turner
Chelsea win a free kick in a similar position, and Willian swings it towards the far post, but Ba's header is nowhere near hitting the target. Noriwch haven't won a point away from home since New Year's Day - they deserve one today.
Terry fouls Snodgrass towards the visitors' right-hand side, and it's a good chance to whip the ball into the Chelsea box. Snodgrass' ball is eventually hacked away by Ivanovic as Johnson can't quite get it under control.
Willian drills the ball towards goal and Hazard controls it well before laying off for Ivanovic, but the Belgian was offside and it's a free kick to Norwich.
Tettey is penalised for a foul in midfield and Chelsea have the ball inside the visitors' half once again. They need inspiration from somewhere if they're to find a goal.
Luiz fires a high ball towards the box and Ba goes up for it, but Turner beats the striker in the air to head clear. The Norwich centre-backs have been really impressive today - it's amazing to think they have the worst defensive record away from home in the league.
Ivanovic is riding his luck, to say the least, as he takes a massive handful of Redmond's shirt. The Norwich bench are all up saying the defender should be off for a second yellow, but the referee keeps his cards in his pockets.
It's a lovely delivery from the corner but Cahill and Terry are both unable to get something on it, and the visitors survive once more. We're inside the final 10 minutes, now, and a draw isn't particularly great for either side.
Willian floats a lovely ball across the box and Schurrle is there to meet it, firing a dangerous volley at goal which deflects behind off at least one Norwich defender, and the hosts have a corner.
HAZARD!! As soon as I say that, Hazard nearly makes me eat my words, as he picks the ball up on the edge of the box and evades three players before firing a low effort which Ruddy parries away. Torres it there to it first but his first-time reply is awful as it loops off his shin and well over.
To be honest, Chelsea don't look like scoring this afternoon. You could give them another 90 minutes and they'd probably struggle to find the net.
Whittaker finds Johnson with a lovely ball into midfield, before the visitors manage to spread it wide. They are forced backwards but still have the ball as they go forward in search of a priceless winner.
Hazard is spending a lot of time on the left and he does well to get past Snodgrass before firing in a low cross past Martin, but Bennett is again there to tidy up. He and Turner have been very solid so far today.
Willian and Johnson enjoy a little playground pushing in the middle of the pitch before Luiz decides to get involved. The Norwich man isn't too happy but he's the one penalised for the initial foul.
Norwich are growing in confidence here, and are starting to commit more men forward. They clearly feel this is there for the taking. Chelsea's pressure earlier in this half has just eased off for now.
Fernando Torres is on for Matic as the Chelsea boss goes for it in these later stages. Meanwhile, Terry and Cahill have a little trouble coping with Redmond's quick pressing, but they manage to get it clear eventually.
That really would have been a shock - surely Mourinho won't have three home defeats in a row?
SNODGRASS!! WHAT A CHANCE!! Luiz loses the ball outside the Norwich box and the visitors break superbly. Redmond charges into the Chelsea half before setting Snodgrass away, but Cahill produces a magnificent challenge to deflect it behind just as the Norwich man lets fly. A vital block.
Nathan Redmond is on for Elmander for the final 20 minutes. Can he inspire an unlikely Norwich win? They're still on level terms, so you never know...
WILLIAN!! A good chance wasted as Cole advances down the left before squaring inside to the Brazilian, who pushes it out of his feet and fires a shot way off target from a tight angle.
Hazard is popping up in some good positions this afternoon, and Cole squares it into the substitute, who manages to spread the ball out wide for Ivanovic, but it's another cross which is dealt with by the Norwich defence.
Matic has a rare effort at goal as Willian lays it off outside the box, but his first shot is blocked before the second deflects well wide for a corner. Schurrle fires it in low but Luiz hooks it high over the bar from the near post.
Schurrle charges down the left flank and looks to play a one-two with Hazard as he moves inside, but the Belgian's return pass it poor and Martin steps in to clear.
Matic is dispossessed by Whittaker but he and Willian work hard to win it back for the hosts. It's then played into Ba inside the box but the quality is again lacking as he can't hold it up for a team-mate, and Norwich are able to clear.
Elmander works hard to challenge Luiz, and the substitute produces a loose touch but is saved by the whistle as the referee spots a push by the Norwich striker.
Matic plays the ball forward to Schurrle, who steps inside before switching play out to Ivanovic. The defender fires in an early cross but Ba gets the wrong side of Turner before fouling the Norwich man, and it's a free kick.
Norwich relieve some more pressure but Howson is forced to give it away as he gets pinned on the touchline, and the hosts have possession once more. The tempo has definitely improved since the break, but we're still goalless.
Elmander does superbly to keep the ball in play on the far side, and Matic charges in to challenge the striker. It looks like he shoves the Swede on to the floor, and they all stop to look at the referee, but nothing is given and play goes on. Very strange!
Yellow Card Ryan Bennett
Turns out it wasn't a booking for Hazard, after all, but actually for Ivanovic. The defender was a little exuberant in his protest to the referee. Meanwhile, Norwich get some respite as they win a throw near the corner flag inside Chelsea's half.
The relentless Chelsea pressure continues as Luiz slides the ball forward for Ba, who lays it back to Willian but the two of them are quickly closed down. Neither of those two have been particularly effective this afternoon.
Yellow Card Branislav Ivanovic
Well, replays show Hazard may have made quite a meal of that one and gone down before the contact. Looks like it might have been a very good call by the referee.
Ooh...big, BIG let-off for Norwich. Hazard goes down under Bennett's challenge in the box, but the referee books the Belgian for diving while the flag is also up for offside against Terry.
Norwich are struggling to get out of their own half at the moment, but the hosts are still producing some sloppy passes. They've had three quarters of the possession in this second half so far and it'll be hard for the Canaries to hold on at this rate.
Surprising moment from Luiz as he has some space outside the box but chooses not to shoot, instead spreading play wide. Hazard is on the left, now, and finds Cole on the overlap but the full-back's cross is headed away by Bennett.
Penalty? Appeals at the other end this time as Ivanovic plays the ball back to the edge of the box for Schurrle, who looks to get between Tettey and the ball. The Norwich man produces a clumsy looking challenge and the German goes down, but there's no whistle from the referee.
Martin floats the free kick towards the edge of the box and Turner gets up well to meet it, but his header loops up high and Schwarzer is able to come out and deal with the danger.
Snodgrass is down in pain after a challenge with Matic in midfield. It looks like the Chelsea man may have put a fair bit of his weight on the Scot's leg - he's not a small chap so that will have hurt.
Hazard is causing plenty of havoc here and he charges in from the right, giving Whittaker a lot to think about now. He plays the ball low into the six-yard box, but Schurrle fouls Bennett as he challenges for it.
Norwich are furious as they claim the use of the arm by Luiz to hold off Olsson, before the Brazilian is fouled by Howson on the touchline. He's getting involved quickly!
Ruddy was completely beaten, there. Encouraging signs for the Blues as the two changes almost have an immediate effect.
LUIZ HITS THE BAR!! Hazard is immediately involved as he moves the ball right before receiving it back. He lays it to Ivanovic inside the box and he rolls the ball into the path of Luiz, who smashes a first-time effort across goal and off the crossbar.
Schurrle loses out to Howson in midfield before he and Willian are penalised for a foul on the Norwich man. Chelsea win it back and Cole drives down the left-hand side before Johnson stops him in his tracks with a well-timed challenge.
Norwich kick things off for the second half, and Hazard is indeed on for the hosts, as is David Luiz. Mourinho's not happy, clearly, and Salah and Lampard both give way.
It's almost time to get back underway at Stamford Bridge, and it sounds like Eden Hazard could be coming on for the hosts. Chelsea certainly need an injection of flair, and he could be just the man.
Can Chelsea break down the visitors? Or can Norwich take inspiration from Sunderland's win here and surprise Mourinho's side as well? We'll be back very soon with all the action from the second half.
Andre Schurrle has had the best chances of the half, hitting the post and testing Ruddy low down, but apart from that it's all been a bit lacklustre in the final third. This is another indication Mourinho needs to add more quality up front in the summer.
That's HALF TIME at Stamford Bridge and it's goalless after 45 minutes, with Chelsea seeing most of the ball but unable to do very much with it. Norwich are fairly comfortable at the moment but need to start pushing forward if they want to win this afternoon.
45' + 2'
Chelsea keep passing it in front of the visitors, and Schurrle moves in from the left before producing a wayward pass out to Ivanovic which rolls out for a throw. Sums up the half, really.
45' + 1'
Into the first of two added minutes and it looks like we'll be going in level at the break. Willian finds Schurrle on the left and the midfielder cuts on to his right foot before whipping a ball across the box, but Turner does well to head away.
Chelsea win a free kick on the right-hand side and Lampard whips it in from deep. Terry leaps to meet the delivery on the edge of the box, but can't generate enough power to either find the target or test Ruddy, and the goalkeeper collects easily.
Cahill advances into the Norwich half before finding Salah, who slides it into Willian. The midfielder tries to find Ivanovic out wide with a first-time pass, but it's poorly executed and rolls out for a throw.
Willian...oh dear. The Brazilian collects the ball on the left-hand corner of the box and charges along the edge of the area, before trying an effort which almost hits the corner flag. A forgettable one, to say the least.
Cahill plays it forward for Ba, who drops deep to collect before finding Salah. There's no-one running in, though, and the winger goes backwards as Norwich get time to find their shape once more.
JOHNSON!! Norwich nearly take a surprise lead as the midfielder picks the ball up 20 yards from goal, and looks to curl an effort into the corner. Terry and Cahill throw themselves at the ball and the shot deflects off the Chelsea captain before looping just wide of Schwarzer's post.
Five minutes to go until the break, and it's still very quiet inside Stamford Bridge. Schurrle has had two good chances but, for all their possession, Chelsea still haven't broken the deadlock.
Norwich aren't helping themselves, here, as another stray pass finds a blue shirt. Schurrle pushes down the right-hand side but Whittaker does well to hold the German off and win a goal kick.
Lovely stuff from Tettey, who gets out of a tight spot with some silky footwork to escape from two Chelsea players. He finds Turner, but the defender is quickly pressed and is forced to put it out of play.
Not one for the scrapbook, Ashley Cole. The full-back sees some space through the middle and charges forward before getting plenty of encouragement to shoot. He obliges, but hammers it straight into the stands from 30 yards.
Slightly comic moment as Snodgrass has to push the assistant referee out of the way to keep the ball in play. He lays back to Martin, who fires in a decent cross but Terry does well to head it out of harm's way.
SCHURRLE!! He's had Chelsea's best efforts so far, and tests Ruddy this time as he cuts in from the right and drives a low shot towards the near post, but the Norwich shot-stopper gets down well to hold on to it.
Bennett almost makes a catastrophic error as he gives it straight to Willian, who finds Ba on the left-hand edge of the box. The visitors find their shape well, though, and the striker's cross is easily cleared.
That was by far the best chance of the match, and it came as Norwich were caught in possession as they looked to break. When they get back in numbers they look very comfortable.
SCHURRLE OFF THE POST!! Chelsea so nearly in front!! Cole does brilliantly to win the ball in midfield before treading on it by accident, but Matic is there to tidy up and finds Schurrle with a lovely pass down the left. With Martin committed forward he has a chance to cut inside the box before curling a shot around Ruddy, but only on to the far post and out.
Ivanovic's cross from the right is well cleared by Turner, but Chelsea still have the ball inside the Norwich half. Salah pushes the ball into Ba and darts into the area, while the striker turns and tries to fire it across goal, but it deflects behind for a corner.
Half an hour gone, then, and it's all been pretty comfortable defensively for Norwich. Chelsea have seen so much of the ball but a lot of the play is in front of their opponents. The movement looks a little stale, to be honest.
Ivanovic sprays the ball across the pitch for Schurrle, who has drifted over to the left-hand side. Snodgrass gets back well to help Martin, and Schurrle can't find a way through the two of them as the defender hacks it clear.
Matic looks for the late run of Cole with a delicate chip over the top, but it just skips off the Stamford Bridge surface and rolls out for a goal kick. Chelsea are struggling to get in behind the visitors at the moment.
Salah and Willian move around well before the latter charges to the byeline on the left-hand edge of the box, but his cross has far too much pace in it and the visitors have a throw.
Good pressing from Norwich as Tettey closes down Matic, forcing the Serbian to put it out of play for a throw. Neil Adams will be pretty happy with the way they've held Chelsea at bay so far, and they've even had the odd moment in and around the Blues' box.
The Canaries win a throw deep inside the Chelsea half and Bennett launches it high into the box. Schwarzer can't quite get there but it rolls out of the area before Johnson shoves Willian near the corner flag.
TERRY!! Schurrle receives the ball out wide and tries to get past Whittaker, but the defender stands his ground and the German's cross deflects behind for a corner. Schurrle then swings in the set piece and Terry gets above Turner to meet it six yards out, but his header is straight at Ruddy. A very good chance goes begging.
It's fairly quiet inside Stamford Bridge at the moment, probably because there hasn't been too much to get excited about so far. Chelsea are staying patient, though, and continue to move it aroud in front of the visitors.
Willian plays a decent reverse pass to Ba just inside the box, and the striker looks to play Cole in behind, but his pass is not good enough and rolls out for a goal kick. He's been slightly disappointing with the ball at his feet so far.
Tettey spreads the ball wide to Martin before Johnson finds Olsson out wide. The midfielder carries on his run and his Swedish team-mate fires in a very dangerous cross, but it just skips through as no-one is able to make contact.
Chelsea have had 65 per cent possession so far, but haven't had a shot at goal since Schurrle's early effort. There's a distinct end-of-season feel to proceedings so far - a goal would certainly liven things up.
Salah tries to up the tempo as he moves down the left and looks to fire a ball into the box, but it's not good enough and the visitors are able to deal with it comfortably.
Most of the play is inside the Norwich half at the moment - it could be a lonely afternoon for Mark Schwarzer. Mourinho's men have struggled to break teams down in similar situations this season...
Chelsea are still moving the ball around and slowly probing - they're in no hurry this afternoon. Ba lays off for Salah but Martin does well to stay with them and win the ball before hacking it clear. The hosts are quickly back in possession, though.
Norwich move into the Chelsea half once more but Johnson's ball into the middle is poor and the hosts break. Willian runs too far but Bennett's challenge deflects off the Brazilian into Ba's path. The striker's pass into the middle, though, is very poor and Ruddy has plenty of time to gather.
Chelsea are having to take the initiative in terms of possession today, rather than last week at Liverpool when they soaked up huge amounts of pressure. Willian looks for Salah with an ambitious diagonal ball over the top, but it just evades the winger and runs out for a goal kick.
It's a lucky escape for the Blues, and they've managed to wrestle possession back once more. Willian and Cole link up well on the left before the full-back fires a dangerous low ball into the six-yard box, but Ba can't quite get there and Ruddy gratefully receives it into his chest.
Penalty? Johnson slides a wonderful pass between Cole and Terry, and Olsson is on to it like a flash. Both defenders slide in and the Norwich man goes down as Schwarzer gathers the ball off his heavy touch. The visitors want a penalty but nothing is given - would that have been given had it been a Chelsea man at the other end?
The visitors are forced all the way back to Ruddy but Johnson battles hard to win the ball off Terry's initial header. The midfielder then misjudges a pass out wide as he plays it straight out for a throw to Chelsea.
Norwich finally manage to string more than three passes together as they edge into the Chelsea half. Elmander spreads the ball wide to Martin, and this is more encouraging from the Canaries.
The hosts are dominating possession early on, here, and winning it back quickly whenever they lose the ball. Willian finds a pocket of space in the middle and looks for Ba with a ball beyond the defence, but Martin gets across well to cover and intercept.
Ba is now remonstrating with the referee, claiming foul play from the Norwich defender, but he won't get anything for it and the hosts have a corner. Lampard's delivery is easily dealt with before Ba is caught offside as he returns to the action.
Ba is down receiving treatment at the moment, and he looks pretty uncomfortable. It looks like he clashed with Turner as he charged into the box to meet Cole's attempted cross.
Whittaker tries to get forward along the left-hand side, but Ivanovic stands firm to win possession back for the Blues. It's spread to the other flank and Cole produces a lovely driving run down the wing. He holds off Johnson and Martin before forcing a corner off the defender.
Norwich can't be officially relegated this afternoon, but their goal difference is far inferior to Sunderland's so defeat would pretty much confirm it. Meanwhile, Matic slides a lovely ball beyond the defence for Ba, but the striker can't get it under control and the visitors have a goal kick.
SCHURRLE!! Martin shoves Schurrle in the back as the German goes for a header and it's another early free kick. The hosts move play to the far side and the ball is fired in towards Ba, whose touch is heavy but it rolls into the path of Schurrle, and the midfielder fires a low shot straight at Ruddy.
Neil Adams is already having to shield his eyes - the sun is beaming down on to the near side of the pitch. Cole is clipped as he moves along the left flank and the hosts have a free kick, which they take short as they keep possession early on.
Chelsea get the ball rolling for the first half, and we're underway in the Premier League once more.
The players are out, and it's a beautiful sunny afternoon in west London. We're just a few minutes away from kick-off at Stamford Bridge.
Adams' men, meanwhile, are enduring a terrible run of form away from Carrow Road, having lost eight consecutive Premier League games on the road. They've also scored just 11 away goals and conceded 44 - both records are the worst in the top flight.
The Blues have had a tough week, having crashed out of the Champions League at the hands of Atletico Madrid. The good news for Mourinho's men, though, is their record after European matches is superb - they've won 11 and drawn one of the 12 games which have come after a midweek Champions League match.
Neil Adams makes three changes from the 4-0 defeat at Manchester United - their fifth league loss in a row - as Ryan Bennett, Alexander Tettey and Johan Elmander replace Leroy Fer, Nathan Redmond and Ricky van Wolfswinkel.
Eden Hazard is on the Chelsea bench this afternoon, then, as Mohamed Salah, Willian and Andre Schurrle make up the midfield. Nemanja Matic returns after being cup-tied for their Champions League tie, while John Terry is back in defence after missing last weekend's win at Liverpool.
Norwich subs: Bunn, Bassong, Van Wolfswinkel, Fer, Hooper, E Bennett, Redmond.
Norwich (4-1-4-1): Ruddy; Martin, R Bennett, Turner, Whittaker; Tettey; Snodgrass, Johnson, Howson, Olsson; Elmander.
Chelsea subs: Hilario, Kalas, D Luiz, Van Ginkel, Hazard, Torres, Eto'o.
Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Schwarzer; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole; Lampard, Matic; Salah, Willian, Schurrle; Ba.
The teams have been announced so let's bring you today's line-ups, starting with the hosts...
Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage of the Premier League as Chelsea host Norwich in a massive game that affects both ends of the table. Jose Mourinho's men need a win to keep their faint title hopes alive, while the Canaries have to avoid defeat or they will be effectively relegated this afternoon.
