Scotland leave Hampden to boos from The Tartan Army as Craig Levein's side drop yet more points at home to Macedonia to put yet another dent in their World Cup hopes

Scotland boss Craig Levein will have to face the wrath of The Tartan Army as his side fail to claim victory against Macedonia.
Striker Kenny miller managed to grab the Scots an equaliser just before the break after Nikolce Noveski had put the visitors into an early lead.
After failing to beat Serbia in their first group fixture, Levein made three changes, with Charlie Adam, Steven Naismith and Robert Snodgrass making way for James Forrest, Jamie Mackie and Shaun Maloney, but new Blackburn signing Jordan Rhodes was forced to settle for a place on the bench despite calls from The Tartan Army for him to start.
The man standing Rhodes way for the striking position, Miller, was at the centre of the action in the opening stages as he was found on the edge of the area by Alan Hutton with a cross from the right, the Vancouver Whites frontman then set-up Gary Caldwell for a strike with went over.
However with just over ten minutes gone in the game the visitors took the lead, after some sustained position, led Ivan Trickovski crossing into the six yard box for Noveski to slid in and steer the ball beyond Allan McGregor to open the scoring, even though there was a suspicion of offside for the goal.
The visitors continued to have the upper hand and could have extended their lead on the half hour mark as Goran Pandev raced forward, with the Scotland defence trailing in his wake and found Agim Ibriaimi inside the box, but his strike was crucially cleared by Allan McGregor.
Just before the half-time whistle the home side finally got level as Jamie Mackie captialised to a mistake at the back by Vance Sikov and one-on-one with keeper Martin Bogatinov, he squared the ball to Miller, who tapped the ball into the empty net, to the delight of The Tartan Army.
Macedonia could have taken the lead ten minutes into the second half when a superb run forward involving Pandev and Ibriaimi ended with Daniel Georgievski having a shot charged down by Christophe Berra for a corner.
That corner ended up with the ball arriving at the feet of substitute Ferhan Hasani, who smashed the ball beyond the outstretched arms of McGregor, but unfortunately for the Macedonia winger it cannoned off of the post.
Scotland could have taken the lead as the two substitutes that Levein brought on, Adam and Rhodes linked up as the Blackburn striker got his head onto a cross from the right wing, but as a large majority of The Tartan Army rose to celebrate a goal the ball hit the outside of the net.
Pandev was once again at the centre of everything for the visitors as he played a ball in between the Scotland defence to set-up Mirko Ivanovski, but the striker could only look on as his strike was blocked away by MacGregor.
The home side continued to press in search of a winner, but unfortunately they couldn’t and that means Levein’s side have only managed to claim two points out of their first two fixtures as the Scotland boss faces trips to Wales and Belgium next month.
