    Michel Vorm

Allowed Pogrebnyak's effort to squirm under him to give Reading the lead. The Dutchman should have easily dealt with the Russian's strike but could do nothing to keep out Hunt's fine volley from close range.

  • Wayne Routledge

    Wayne Routledge

Guilty of spurning another Swansea chance in the first half after failing to covert a one-on-one chance. Routledge's deflected cross provided a platform for Michu to get on the scoresheet before the winger notched a well-taken equaliser.

  • Sung-Yong Ki

    Sung-Yong Ki

The South Korean was a driving force in Swansea's midfield and rarely looked wasteful when in possession. Had his low effort well saved by McCarthy, while his challenge in midfield was the start of the move which led to Swansea's equaliser.

Alex McCarthy Top of the Match

Made the difference for Reading and foiled Moore twice in the second half before getting down low to deny Ki's effort. McCarthy could do little to keep goals from Michu or Routledge but overall it was a solid performance from the 22-year-old.

  • Nicky Shorey

    Nicky Shorey

Had little influence as he was kept busy by Dyer. Looked rash in his clearances too and almost gifted Swansea an equaliser after a bizarre chest pass back to McCarthy which was nearly intercepted by Moore.
