We gave 'good fight' to hold MFM, says Rivers United's Emeka Atuloma

Rivers United's Emeka Atuloma says his side 'gave a good fight' after holding MFM FC to a 1-1 draw at the Agege Stadium on Monday.

Following their back-to-back wins over Akwa United and Nasarawa United, the Pride of Rivers climbed to the second position and were hoping for an away win to consolidate.

Sikiru Olatunbosun's first half lead for Fidelis Ilechukwu's side was cancelled by Atuloma's late effort in the second half which helped Stanley Eguma's men escape defeat.
