The four teams remaining in the tournament learned who they will face in the penultimate phase, setting up some enticing matches

The semi-final ties of the Champions League have been drawn, setting the competition up for an exciting end.

Greed revealed as BVB bus bomb motive

Although exciting, the tournament has shown to be somewhat repetitive, and the pairing of reigning champions Real Madrid with Atletico Madrid has shown its repetitiveness.

The two teams meet in the Champions League for the fourth time in a row, with Real emerging victorious each time - beating them in two finals and a quarter-final.

And many fans are relieved that they will not meet in the final for the third time already, with the other clash between Juventus and Monaco ensuring a good final no matter who progresses.

Real will take on Atletico in the first leg of their semi-final at the Santiago Bernabeu on May 2, before the return fixture at the Vicente Calderon on May 10.

Meanwhile, Monaco will play host to Juventus in the first leg of their semi-final on May 3, before the reverse fixture in Turin on May 9.
