Serge Aurier thrilled with goal in Tottenham Hotspur's win vs. Bournemouth

Serge Aurier expressed delight after scoring his second English Premier League goal in Tottenham Hotspur’s 4-1 win over AFC Bournemouth.

The summer signing from PSG made it two goals in 15 league appearances this season after opening his goal account against Brighton and Hove Albion on December 13.

Junior Stanislas opened the scoring for Eddie Howe’s men 17 minutes into the encounter at the Vitality Stadium before the Cote d’Ivoire international provided an assist for Dele Alli’s equaliser in 35th minute.

Son Heung-Min’s second half brace in the 62nd and 87th minutes, fired the Wembley Stadium outfit ahead as Aurier’s header in stoppage time sealed victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, thus, extending their unbeaten run to 12 league games.

And the 25-year-old defender who has been a subject of criticism for his hat-trick of foul throw-ins against Crystal Palace, expressed relief and hailed the team’s sprited fight that secured their 18th top-flight win of the season.

“Great comeback today well done guys. Happy for my goal, thank you for your messages. #Coys,” Aurier wrote on Instagram.
