Paul Onuachi’s brace fires Midtjylland to victory

Paul Onuachu scored two goals in Midtjylland 4-3 win over Nordsjaelland in the Superliga challenge on Sunday.

Zsolt Korcsmar found his way past the defenders and made no mistake in sending goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson to the wrong side of the net just a minute after the kick-off.

Rasmus Nissen increased the margin in the 20th minutes and Onuachu compounded the woes of Kasper Hjulmand’s men before the half-time break with a well taken shot that found its way into the net.

The Nigerian fired his second goal in the 53rd minutes to give the Wolves a comfortable lead.

Godsway Donyoh ignited the rush for a possible equaliser in the 66th minutes when his shot caught goalkeeper Jesper Hansen napping.

Rejuvenated Donyoh soon registered his second in the encounter when he found the net ten minutes before the end of the clash.

Mathias Jensen’s 90th minutes’ goal could do little to harm Jess Thorup’s side as they finished the encounter with the maximum points.
