Francis Uzoho is excited to make his debut for Elche in their 2-1 win over Granada in a Copa Dey Rey encounter at the Estadio Manuel Martínez Valero.

After renewing his contract with Deportivo La Coruna for another three seasons in August, the 19-year-old immediately joined the Segunda Division side on loan.

On Thursday, the young goalkeeper made his maiden appearance against Diego Martinez Penas‘ men and was on hand to help the side progress to the third round of the competition.

The Nigeria first-choice shot-stopper then took to the social media to show his excitement.

“Great night, great debut on to the next round of the Copa Dey Rey,” Uzoho posted on Instagram.
